Throughout our ambitious "From the Players, for the Players" project, our testers have visited and investigated more than 60 different online casinos and bingo rooms. That said, our tester ventured into BetUS casino, to evaluate the quality of services. He registered, deposited in BTC, verified his identity, played some games, and requested a withdrawal of $400 in Bitcoin.

BetUS Casino Overview

Licensed by Curacao, BetUS Casino is a US-friendly site that operates on cryptocurrencies. In addition to the great selection of slot releases, table games, video poker, and live dealer products, the operator features a well-equipped sportsbook and racebook.

Players can also find a wide variety of promotions and bonuses, along with tournaments. There's also a 6-tier Loyalty scheme which includes a spectrum of incentives, as well as three forms of customer support.

Worth pointing out is that this very casino was on the LCB warning list for almost ten years due to "unethical business practices and noncompliance with contractual agreements". The company was treating both the players and affiliate partners poorly.

Our tester's journey began on February 21, 2022, when he accessed BetUS casino aiming to open an account. All he had to do was enter basic information, and voila- he was welcomed to the community. The tester received the notification with his account number as well.

Worth noting is that he opted not to enter a bonus code. As soon as he completed the form, a notification with the account number and a couple of banners with bonuses appeared.

Although the tester experienced no issues with registration and withdrawal, the Terms contain colliding information on prohibited countries, in particular USA.

Deposit

As soon as he registered, the tester visited the cashier, wanting to fund his account. He selected Bitcoin and deposited USD 200/ 0.00522976 BTC.

Once again, he removed the bonus code, which was displayed automatically next to the deposit amount box. Interestingly, the next window he was prompted to also required him to decline the bonus, and so he did.

The tester checked Coinbase to confirm that the transaction was properly authorized. As it states, the process usually requires about 30 minutes.

After that, he returned to the casino main page and saw two unread notifications. One of them was the welcome e-mail, the other was a confirmation of his request. Shortly after, his account was funded.

In terms of available deposit methods, players can replenish the account using Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ethereum, MasterCard credit, MoneyGram, Skrill, VISA, American Express, Bank Wire Transfer, or deposit via telephone.

The minimum amount a player may deposit on any single occasion is $50. After the first deposit, a processing fee is applied to all card deposits.

Gameplay

On the very same day, February 21, 2022, the tester accessed the operator's portfolio and played a couple of games. Gold Tiger Ascent was his first choice, followed by Book of Darkness during which he triggered a couple of wins and activated versatile features.

Following this game, the tester uploaded the needed documents for verification, and then returned to the lobby and played a couple of more games. He checked out Triple Juicy Drops and had multiple wins.

After that, the tester launched Alkemor's Tower, Demon's Train, and Fruit Zen. The next in line were Primal Hunt, Tiger's Claw, as well as Totems of Fortune.

Following this game, the tester returned to Alkemor's Tower and then ventured into Bottled Wishes. Later on, he launched Bounty Hunters which brought him a solid win of $ 77.50, and a couple of smaller ones as well. His next choice was El Mariachi, followed by 12 Animals.

A day later, on February 22, 2022, the tester explored Buffalo Bounty and Lucky Bull's Eye. On February 24, 2022, he launched Gold Tiger Ascent, which brought him several wins.

The next day, on February 25, 2022, he launched Buffalo Bounty and triggered a super mega win of $50.

ID Verification

Having finished Book of Darkness, the tester briefly checked Terms to see what was the minimum required amount for withdrawal. He accessed the “Request Payout” section, and noticed that his contact information was incomplete, which could cause problems with withdrawal. The address was missing so he entered it.

After that, the tester decided to complete the ID verification process, so to be able to withdraw with no obstacles. The option "Upload Documents" was in the "Request Payout" section.

He submitted the driver's license (front and back) as proof of identity, a utility bill as proof of address, and a picture of himself holding the ID on February 21, 2022.

Having played some games, he spotted a notification that informed him that the casino received documents for ID verification, noting that it takes approximately two hours to process it- and so it was.

To be able to withdraw, players need to verify their identity. Customers who choose to use credit cards to fund their accounts need to submit documentation to support ownership of each credit card used. These documents are required before payout requests are made. Once verified, documents needn't be submitted again.

Withdrawal

On February 26, 2022, the tester requested to withdraw USD 400, also via Bitcoin. Before actually typing in the desired amount, he had to confirm that account information was correct, by pressing the "Yes, Proceed" button.

After he did so, the tester entered the amount. The cashier notified him that credit card deposits after cryptocurrency payouts are subject to a 5% fee. However, in case a player decides to fund the account using crypto assets, no fees are imposed.

The tester entered his Bitcoin address along with a verification code which was sent to his e-mail. A notification popped up, informing him that the request was successfully submitted.

The request was processed on the same day, February 26, 2022, and the tester received a slightly smaller amount than the one he requested. The confirmation message from Coinbase displayed USD 399.66/ 0.01020869 BTC.

The minimum withdrawal on any single occasion must not be less than $50. Some withdrawal methods are subject to payout fees which vary depending on the desired payout method.

Available cashout options include Bank Transfer, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, MoneyGram, check/cheque, and withdrawal via telephone. The daily cashout limit is $3,000.

Processing time depends on the selected method. For cryptocurrencies, it ranges from 24 to 48 hours, while for wire transfer it takes between 3 and 5 working days. A check requires between 7 and 10 working days to be processed.

Conclusion

Based on the insightful report he shared with the LCB team, the tester experienced no issues with BetUS casino. The only thing that needs to be updated is the Terms, so as not to create confusion regarding the countries which are permitted to register and claim bonuses.

The terms seem to be misleading when speaking of restricted countries, this should be updated and defined precisely. I am glad the tester hasn't experienced any payout issues. Good work LCB and Juggaloroscoe :)
