In my case, I have deposited a total of 21,346 BGN, which represents my net gaming loss. Based on their own cashback structure, the expected cashback should be a substantial amount. However, to date I have only received about 850 BGN cashback in total, which is dramatically lower than what should have been credited. Over the last months, I have repeatedly contacted Spinbetter via live chat and email, asking for: A full breakdown of cashback amounts credited (with dates and percentages applied) The detailed calculation of how each cashback payment was determined An official audit of my account activity Unfortunately, instead of transparency, I received only generic replies such as "please check the Terms and Conditions" or "this is internal sensitive data we cannot share". In other words, the operator has so far refused to provide any verifiable explanation or account audit, despite the fact that cashback directly affects the financial position of the player. Interestingly, after I formally requested an audit, I started receiving significantly more frequent bonus offers, but the promised faster handling of my queries and proper account review by their staff has still not materialized. In my case, I have deposited a total of 21,346 BGN, which represents my net gaming loss. Based on their own cashback structure, the expected cashback should be a substantial amount. However, to date I have only received about 850 BGN cashback in total, which is dramatically lower than what should have been credited. Over the last months, I have repeatedly contacted Spinbetter via live chat and email, asking for: A full breakdown of cashback amounts credited (with dates and percentages applied) The detailed calculation of how each cashback payment was determined An official audit of my account activity Unfortunately, instead of transparency, I received only generic replies such as "please check the Terms and Conditions" or "this is internal sensitive data we cannot share". In other words, the operator has so far refused to provide any verifiable explanation or account audit, despite the fact that cashback directly affects the financial position of the player. Interestingly, after I formally requested an audit, I started receiving significantly more frequent bonus offers, but the promised faster handling of my queries and proper account review by their staff has still not materialized. This seems to suggest an attempt to distract or appease me with promotions rather than address the real issue. I have now submitted a formal complaint to their designated email (claims@spinbetter.com ). If no proper resolution is provided, I will escalate further to: Curaçao eGaming (their licensing body), EU consumer protection authorities, and the European Commission ODR platform.
